Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT/BST may be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom) We offer standard and express shipping across the UK. Delivery times are typically 2–6 business days for standard shipping and 1–2 business days for express shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or peak periods.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery method.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@prattwear.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. If a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
