Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to notify us that you wish to make a return, and a further 14 days from that notification to send the item back to us.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at support@prattwear.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Postage Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@prattwear.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. In cases of damaged or incorrect items, return postage will be covered by PrattWear.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalised items
- Gift cards
Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
